Mytown UK Development

Progresseve has been asked to develop the Mytown UK community website and directory. After an extensive scoping exercise we designed the entire UI and UX and then built the prototype. The main site was built with CakePHP and Vue.js. It was launched in November 20 with a full site upgrade.

Empathy Phase

In this phase, the focus is on User Research to help better understand the target audience. Persona and Customer Journey will help us empathize with your customers, learn about their challenges and pain point.

Prototyping

The focus is to provide a visual representation of product features and flow of the product using wireframes. We work on presenting the information in a way customers think, so users can focus on the task and not finding their way around the product. A clickable prototype will be created to help gain alignment with your team.

User Interface Design

This will be an opportunity to see the final design of the product. Usability is one of the key factors during the UI design phase of the product. As a user experience agency we design how a product should look with a focus on being totally user friendly.
